Roam Free Properties (“we,” “us” or “our”) runs this website to share our vacation homes and let guests book direct. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It also covers inquiries made to Velasco Capital through the Investing section of our About page.

- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the home you’re asking about, trip dates and number of guests (optional), and your message.
- Investor inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), how you prefer to be contacted, and any message you choose to write.
- Bookings: when you book through the booking tool on our property pages, you enter your booking details, contact information and payment information directly into that tool. See “Booking and payments” below.
- Email and phone: anything you share when you email or call us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web host and the services that deliver parts of this site may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit.
How we use your information

Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Hospitable provides the booking tool on our property pages and handles booking and payment processing.
- Our web hosting provider stores and serves this website, and sends the messages you submit through our contact and investor forms to our email inboxes.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on this site. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google, which means Google receives your IP address.
- Google Maps displays the location map on our property pages. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google, which means Google receives your IP address and may use cookies, under Google’s own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our guests and our properties.
Booking and payments
Bookings are made through Hospitable’s booking tool, which is embedded in our property pages. The details you enter there, including payment information, are collected and processed by Hospitable and its payment partners under their own privacy policies. We do not collect or store your card number on this website.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use cookies on this site for advertising. The embedded booking tool may use cookies or similar technologies to work properly, and those are controlled by Hospitable. If we add analytics or other tracking tools in the future, we will update this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep messages and inquiries for as long as we need to respond and keep reasonable business records. Booking, payment and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below, and we will respond as required by law. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including serving this site over a secure connection. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Bookings must be made by someone 18 or older.
